Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:
· Developing a well-grounded understanding of the competition, a fundamental appreciation for and understanding of the target audiences, desired product and brand positioning,marketing tactics and ultimate goals of individual initiatives 
· Professional judgment and discretion that comes from years of experience in the field 
· Intimate understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels, Analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges.
· Providing insightful recommendations based on your understanding of the retail marketplace value of Evutec USA products and our competitors
· Gather and analyze competitive data and generate a market analysis. Drive and manage the retail sales program
· Implement strategies for successful new product introductions to include promotions, advertising, social media, sales collateral and coordination with Retail sales and marketing
· Leading in-store and external marketing programs including advertising, graphics, and presentation preparation, implementation of seasonal initiatives, and point of purchase displays/merchandising
· Develop and maintain promotional plans including advertising, sales promotions, new product introductions and other campaigns designed to increase sales
· Develop and maintain joint promotional budget and for establishing metrics for measuring the success of promotions, advertising campaigns and other marketing spend
· Implement appropriate plans incorporating all aspects of Point of Purchase (POP), literature and advertising
· Develops and manages strategies, logistics, and support for traveling Road Show activities, trade shows, conferences, and other events
· Development of monthly reviews of the retail business and quarterly reviews to communicate progress to pre-defined goals and timely communication of critical issues


Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s in Marketing, Masters or MBA degree preferred
· 6 years’ retail marketing with a deep understanding of the consumer electronics and retail wireless business
· Demonstrated success in a Retail Field Marketing Role (Pricing, Product, Promotion)
· Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies/proposals along with project management
· Ability to move fluidly between developing strategy and diving into the details
· A high level of resourcefulness and comfort operating in a highly ambiguous working environment
· Demonstrated strong organizational, problem solving, resources management and time management skills
· Strong communicative skills (e.g., business correspondence and professional customer correspondence)
· Strong analytical skills with basic financial background relative to P&L issues
· Demonstrated ability to lead and work within a team environment
· Strong user of Computer tools Word, Excel, PowerPoint
· Ability to work independently and make informed defendable decision as they relate to customer, pricing, and strategies
· Visionary, strong forward and strategic planning/thinker


Material Engineer

Responsibilities:

· Provide Materials and Process Engineering support in a consumer electronics and sport goods manufacturing environment and customer.
· Working knowledge of high-temperature polymer composites including composite and polymer material test methods and standards.
· Apply principles of chemistry, physics, material science, and project engineering to lead/assist M&P Engineering Team in material qualification and product validation for product  and new material design objectives.
· Lead role or main contributor of entire material or product life cycle(s) from concept through production and optimization.
· Review design requirements to determine the appropriate materials needed to achieve successful completion of initiatives.
· Determine and develop material engineering properties correctly and efficiently, and proposes viable engineering solutions through both developing new processes  and product  technologies, or refines existing methods to improve the performance of existing products.
· Author and/or maintain material and process specifications, qualification or test plans, final reports.
· Identify, plan, evaluate and recommend technical and economic opportunities/factors involved in the most costeffective utilization of materials.
· May review and approve subcontractor material processing procedures.
· Lead role or contributor in entire material or product life cycle.

 
Qualifications:

· Masters or PhD in Chemistry(Organic), Polymer Science or Materials Science & Engineering
· Enthusiasm to learn
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Effective project management skills
· Strong interpersonal skills with ability to interface with an organization at all levels
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member
· High energy, results oriented, self-motivated/self-reliant, team player
· No more than 3 years of work experience, fresh graduate will consider.
· A strong interest and previous experience with composites is preferred.
· Preferable speak and write Chinese. · Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as you will be given the opportunity to interface with customer and employees
